It's Official....

Hello. Today I'm sharing my regular make for Colourific. I have used the Moderne Flowers stamp set and stamped the flowers onto gingham paper. This is a good trick if you don't have time to colour! Just remember you need to choose paper with a small pattern.

I would love if you popped over to the Colourific blog and followed, there's loads of great inspiration from all the team over there.

July Sweet Treat Box

Hello. The July Sweet Treat Box is called 'Vintage Traveler' and I love it! Vintage but modern, pinks with touches of black and travel themes running throughout. And look at the teeny tiny travellers notebook, the mini stamps fit perfectly on those small pages. As usual I have filmed an unboxing, you will see a proper close up of everything in the box. You can find it here.

You can buy a one off box or subscribe monthly, all the info' you need is here over at

I have used some of the stash already. I decorated the front of a notebook, I'm planning on using this book for magazine clippings that catch my eye!

Love my collection of black and white travellers notebooks.....

Best Wishes

Hello. Today I am sharing my regular make for Seven Hills Crafts. This week I have cracked open a new stamp set 'Floral Notes' by Avery Elle. As soon as I saw this stamp set I knew I needed it, the unusual shape is going to be perfect for lots of different layouts.

I used my AlteNew watercolour paints to colour and the background paper is from Simple Vintage Botanicals by Simple Stories. I love that the sheet of paper has just a touch of pattern round the edges leaving the centre free for my sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by today, there's loads more inspiration over on the Seven Hills Crafts blog.

Best Wishes

Hello. Today I'm sharing my regular make for Colourific. I have used the Moderne Flowers stamp set and stamped the image slightly off the die cut squares. As I used my Copic markers to colour I stamped with a Memento ink pad. The die cut squares have rounded corners so obviously I had to use my corner rounder punch on the card base to make it match!

I would love if you popped over to the Colourific blog and followed, there's loads of great inspiration from all the team over there.

be the reason...

Hello. Today I am sharing my regular post for Seven Hills Crafts. I decided to make two cards where the sentiment takes centre stage. The sentiment on the card above is by Lil' Inker Designs. I decided to set it back in an aperture by using Lawn Fawns Outside In Stitched Square Dies.

The sentiment on the card below is from the So Kind set by Avery Elle. The square was die cut using a Stitched Square Die by Reverse Confetti.

The cute mice are from the Garden Mice set by Newton's Nook
They are the perfect size to complement a larger sentiment.

memory keeping - part 2

Hello. Remember this blog post? I told you of my long term project of documenting my older holiday photographs well, I have completed a few more pages. They cover a trip to New York in 1999....

...and our first trip to Florida. But try as we might we cannot remember what year that was!

I would love if you popped over to the Colourific blog and followed, there's loads of great inspiration from all the team over there.

Nature Journal - part 5

Hello. I have been busy again in my Nature Journal. This time I have dedicated a couple of pages to record when some of the local bird population has been spotted. We are very lucky to be right next to a large park and loch so we do get many feathered friends visiting. Although right now it's over run with geese and goslings, my heart is in my mouth every time they try and cross the road!

The paper, emphemera and stickers are all from the Vintage Botanicals range available over at

111 places - part 6

Hello. That's another two entries in my '111 Places in Glasgow That You Shouldn't Miss' project ticked off. Number 30 - The Cottonrake Bakery, and, of course, we had to make sure the coffee and cake were up to scratch! Number 4 - The Botanic Gardens Arboretum.

My previous blog posts all about this project are here -

I'm here for you....

Hello. I have very exciting news today. I am now on the team showcasing products from the fabulous Seven Hills Crafts. This is so perfect for me as Seven Hills is my 'go to' for all my stamping needs. They stock all those 'hard to get'  US brands and they ship super quick (we crafters can be an impatient lot).

So here is my first card. The gorgeous teal floral background is simply a square of cardstock covered with Altenew's wide washi tape. The white cardstock square has been die cut using Deco Stitched Border Die from Concord&9th.  I then stamped all the images from Sprout Bloom Grow by Sugar Pea Designs onto watercolour card, coloured with my Altenew Watercolours and popped onto the card using foam squares. The matching dies are available here.

For loads more inspration and all the latest news from the store visit the Seven Hills blog here.
