Party time!

 Hello. as it's Sunday I have my usual weekly DigiStamp Boutique card to share.

I have used the very elegant and very gorgeous Party Rach. Just new and on special offer at the mo'.

I coloured with copics and prismacolour pencils. I took the photo at a jaunty angle in the hope that you could see the sparkle I added to her dress - don't know if that worked!!

Best Teacher Ever

Hello. I know, I know, after my holiday I promised to catch up with everyone. But I've been a bad blogger! Blame my wee Mum - we went on a girlie break to the Lake District. The Swan Hotel in Newby Bridge no less. It was perfect weather and we spent most of the time sitting here....

...eating, drinking, watching the world go by and eating some more!!

As it's Sunday I have a DigiStamp Boutique card to share. This week I have used the useful 'teacher thank you words bundle'. A tiny bit of colouring and die cutting and job done.

For my card I used one of my very early crafty purchases. A Penny Black stamp 'uplifting occasion' which I coloured using Inktense watercolour pencils. The sentiments are from the 'I Like You' set by Technique Tuesday. I curved the long sentiment on my acrylic block to fit the shape of the image.

Just Scootin' By

 Hello. My 'not normally interested in football' hubby is taking quite an interest in the World Cup - more crafty time for me!

So today I put that time to good use and made my DigiStamp Boutique card. 

I used this new set....

 Scooter Days - really cute huh?

I paper pieced and coloured the rest with copics.

Did you know there are only 193 days until Christmas?

live laugh dream

Hello. I'm slowly getting back into the swing with my crafting after my holiday and have spent some of this afternoon working on a magazine commission (Christmas already!!) and some time playing with this little digi image. 

She is a freebie from All Dressed Up and I coloured her with copics and prismacolour pencils. I added some sparkle to her dress and wings with a clear Wink of Stella pen but sadly her little twinkles do not show up in the photograph!

Birthday Wishes

I'm back...

...from a truly relaxing week in Tenerife at the Dream Hotel Gran Tacande, Playa del Duque. We have stayed at this hotel a few times before and are never disappointed.

If you are looking for a chilled out week in the sun I can highly recommend it!

But now I have a huge amount of catching up to do. Blog visits, I want to have a good old nosey at what everyone has been up to. DT work, hopefully my DigiStamp Boutique card will be popped on here a bit later today. New stock to be added to the BfB shop - some gorgeous Doodlebug stash. And maybe make a start on two magazine commissions that were in my inbox when I got home!
