I bought a set of ink duster brushes the other week and tried one out on this card. I have to say they do work better than the little foam squares (I think). I just always seemed to get lines with the foam (I probably wasn't doing it right!) Anyway, the circle behind the flowers was done by making a circle stencil from a bit of scrap card, faded jeans distress ink and a brush. The stamps are from set HP1009EZ by Paperartsy.

Ooh this is gorgeous Liz! I love the ink dusted background - it looks fab… and those flowers are really pretty!
I have ink duster brushes and much prefer them to the squares… I always got harsh lines with the squares too !!
Hope you have a good week !!
Big hugs

Hi Liz . . . this is a stunner. I, too, love my duster brushes over blending foam. xxx
Stunning! I can't use the foam pads either and have got some brushes. I think I must be using the 'wrong' card though as I still get uneven bits.... sigh, keep trying!
