happy birthday

I have some very happy news to share - I am delighted to be joining the guest design team over at The Stamp Basket. My DT box full of goodies is winging it's way to me as I type and I can't wait to get started! The Stamp Basket is choc full of crafty goodies. Take a peek here! There is also a blog sharing loads of gorgeous inspiration and a facebook page.

To celebrate I have made a little card using 'little winged friends - tulip' by Bildmalarna. I coloured with watercolour pencils and the paper is by Echo Park.

Hello, I'm Liz McGuire. I have been designing and making cards for over 10 years, serving on numerous design teams and completing assignments for various papercraft magazines.

Along with my cardmaking I like to try my hand at art journaling, memory keeping, smash books etc. And there is also my new obsession - planners and stationery! So there may be the occasional blog post on these topics.

I do have a real job but that's just to earn enough money to buy paper, stamps, pens and, of course, buttons!
