Dare to Share

During a nosey round the blogs I came across this cool idea. Over at Sandra's Crafty Corner she has 'dared us to share'. What you have to do is look way back and choose three or four of your very early cards and post them along with a few of your most recent makes.

I don't have pics of my very early cards but here are three from my first month as a blogger. I can't believe it is almost four years ago since I joined blogland in June 2008. I enjoyed making cards in pre-blogging days but sharing your creations adds so much more. I have met and made so many friends and have been very lucky to be part of some great design teams.

OK then, here we go...
The very first card I posted on my blog - the colouring is a bit pale!
My love affair with Penny Black stamps begins - I must have bought a new white pen!
Love those papers, wish I still had some!

Now onto the present day. I think there is quite a difference. I am now much more inclined to be bright, bold and cut around my images rather than 'nestie' them! Oh, and I got a new camera!

Had to include my most recent Penny Black stamps.
I discovered the world of TeddyBo about a year ago, so cute!
And my final card. Digital images are so much fun.

So there you have it, why not join in the fun and leave a link to your before and after cards here at Sandra's place.

Hi Liz, I've got that stamp in your first post! And I still use it! I had a real 'thing' about Rachelle Anne Millers' images awhile ago and have loads of them.

Sorry got distracted, well I think your current cards are just amazing and yes I can see how you've got more confident with both your colour choices and cutting. Tho I would say that your earlier cards are fab too! Especially that first one - great stamp (have I said that yet?).

Love the Teddy Bo's as well and the circular card is just gorgeous.

Thanks for sharing such an interesting post.
