I think this little chap is very dapper in his blue jeans and red jumper! The stamps are by Molly Bloom, one of the best freebies with a mag in a while.I stamped him directly onto the card blank and stamped the bunting and stars onto white card and cut out. Everything has been coloured with watercolour pencils.
