A Spoonfull of Sugar Challenge 4

So here is the card I have made for the weekly challenge over on a spoon full of sugar.
The challenge is to make a card for a celebration using a stamp from the Sugar Nellie range. I have used Hamish and the celebration does not come much bigger than a Scottish Hogmanay.
