Here is a bright 'n' bold card using Barney from the DigiStamp Boutique. I coloured Barney with prismapencils and the papers are by Doodlebug. I stamped out the happy birthday and added a few tiny buttons to finish.I am entering my creation into this weeks challenge over on Digital Tuesday 'button up'. Just in the nick of time, I hope!
