Christmas Archie

Oh dear, I haven't blogged since Tuesday, but it's that time of year isn't it? Busy, busy, busy with too many other things. Anyway, I just have some wrapping to do and that's everything organised.

This will most likely be my last Christmas card to share for this year and isn't it super cute? I have used Archie from the DigiStamp Boutique - and if you have finished all your Christmas cards why not go over and pop him in your shopping basket and squirrel him away for next year - 'cos he's on special offer at the mo'.

Another quick, clean and simple creation from me. The stamp is 'merry puppy' by Penny Black. I coloured with watercolour pencils and the sentiment is from a Hero Arts set.

My card could not have been simpler to make. Print off a coloured word art, add some glitter and pop it onto a card base with some decorative paper. Add some twine and a charm to complete.

For my card I used a little stamp from a Stampin'Up! set called 'for the birds'. I coloured with copics and used up some small snippets of paper.

OK then, I'm off to continue with the 'big Christmas clean' so that I can do the tree later in the week!

Christmas Kisses

Hello. Today's card features a digi image from the Cute Robin Collection over at The DigiStamp Boutique. I coloured with Copic pens and the papers are 'merry and bright' by Carta Bella. The snowflakes are stickers I have had for many years and are very sparkly in real life.

I have kept the look clean and simple but you could change the look entirely by adding loads of Christmassy embellies and glitter. There's also a Mistletoe Tree...

Hello. It's good to be back. Everything has more or less returned to normal. My 81 year old Mum has settled into her new house and it's looking good. The only thing that's not been sorted is her telephone - and all I'm saying is never...ever...get your phone from the Post Office - dreadful service. But, hey ho of all the things that could have gone wrong, I suppose we were let off lightly.
