For my card I chose to follow the sketch. The papers are 'happy go lucky' by My Minds Eye and the stamps are 'twiggy florets' by Paper Smooches. I bought this stamp set for that sentiment - don't you just love a good pun!

Cute Ted plays tennis

Hello. I've popped on to share this weeks DigiStamp Boutique card. It features Cute Ted playing tennis - very appropriate for this week. He is from the Cute Ted - Sports set available here. 

I coloured with Copic marker pens and the paper is 'Meadow Sweet' by Craft Asylum. All pieces cut using MFT dies and my new baby! On that note a few crafting buddies here in blogland and on facebook have asked what I think of my new machine - a Big Shot plus. Well, I adore it, it's fabby! But then I have only ever had one machine in all my years of cardmaking and that was my trusted original Big Shot. So, if you are thinking of switching or upsizing I highly recommend a Big Shot plus.

Thank You Teacher

Hello. It's Sunday and so I have my weekly DigiStamp Boutique card to share. This weeks card features 'thank you monkey' and is perfect for all those teacher thank you cards.

I coloured using Copic marker pens and the pencil paper is from a Prima pad called 'all about me'. 

 

Paw Print on my Heart

Hello. The other week when I was away for a few days my arty crazy bird card was a 'perfect pinky' over at 'In The Pink', thank you, I'm chuffed.

So the new challenge is 'summer'. I have gone for flowers in a big shoe 'cos that reminds me of summer! When I was small we had a big shoe planter just like the one on my card and every summer my Mum would fill it chock full of bedding plants and sit it at the side of the front door in pride of place!

All the stamps and dies are 'My Favourite Things' and I coloured using Copic marker pens.

I've been away again....

 ....this time it was just us girls! My Mum (who will be 85 years young this year) and I took ourselves off for a few days to the English Lake District. We stayed in luxury at The Swan Hotel in Newby Bridge at Lake Windermere. We were very lucky weatherwise and spent long hours sitting outside with shandies and puzzle books!

I have no card to share (yet) but thought I would let you see the new images just released over in 

The DigiStamp Boutique....

Papercraft Essentials magazine article

Hello. Just popping on to tell you about the cards I have in this month's Papercraft Essentials. A set of cards using the brand new Betty Boots stamps. These stamps are really cool and have a modern but retro look - very on trend. 

And look....

...that's my card taking centre stage on the front cover. Always thrilled when that happens.

And hello again! I've gone a little bit 'arty' for my card today. I used my watercolour paints to create the background and to colour the 'crazy bird'. 
I am entering the In The Pink challenge - things with wings.

Short and sweet again today, I am up to my ears with magazine commissions and DT work. And it's also my last Trimcraft demo for the season on Sunday (I'll be at The Range in Glasgow). Oh, and I've also discovered Pocket Letter Pals and am dipping my toe in the water! But, I promise I will catch up with my blog visits soon, honest!
