Hello. We have had no internet since last Friday, you don't half miss it when it's not there! But a small price to pay as we now have BT Infinity superfast broadband. My gadget geek hubby has been longing for this for ages and finally the 'wires' reached our area and I have to say it is a huge difference.

Hello. I bought this Penny Black stamp 'like it or not' in the half price sale at my local craft shop. What is that face like? The smile, star and wavy row of dots dies are from my latest Blueprints die set. 

I am entering the challenge over at Sweet Stampin' - favourite style. I think my style is always changing but I definitely come back to water colouring a Penny Black, so I guess that's my favourite!

I am also entering 'cats' over at Moving Along With The Times.

Monday's News

Hello. I am trying to get back to my blogging routine! I've not had the usual amount of crafting and blogging time since the start of my Mum's house move. Well, the final piece of work was completed on Friday - a complete re-furb' of the bathroom. And I must say, I am a wee bit jealous, it's gorgeous! 

Anyhoo, my crafty news. Well, I have become completely addicted to the Blueprints die sets by My Favourite Things. Hardly a card goes by without at least one of the dies being used. The pic' above is my latest two sets. Great service from Tracy at Dies to Die For.

I have re-organised my die collection. Spotted this magnetic tape in my local craft shop. It's sticky on one side, onto a white board and voila! I use them much more now that they are not squirrelled away in boxes.

The latest issue of Get Stamping magazine is on the shelves. I have an article using some cute Stampin' Up! stamp sets....

And just beside that on the shelves is the current issue of Papercraft Essentials...

I have seven cards in the pull out and keep section using Elvis the Hedgehog from The DigiStamp Boutique....

Fabulous Friend

Hello. Just a flying visit today as it's my Wedding Anniversary and we are off to Glasgow to use an afternoon tea voucher my fabulous friend gave us! We had a yummy dinner out last night at a local seafood restaurant, although perversely we both had steak! Oh well, the diet starts on Monday (again).

My card features the adorable Sophia from The DigiStamp Boutique. Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday and I will catch up with you all tomorrow.

Hello.There are two people I want you all to meet - Sophia and Ryley. They are brand new characters just in at The DigiStamp Boutique. For my card I used Sophia and coloured with Copics. The papers are 'smile please' by Amy Tangerine. The little wooden embellies are by Freckled Fawn and the sentiment tag is Lili of the Valley.

Monsters!

Hello. It's the last day of my festive break, back to work tomorrow. But I was determined to spend some time while I was off having a good old clearout. So here we are on my last day, and guess what? Yep, I have spent all morning doing a clothes and handbags clearout - five bags of stuff for the charity shop! I am soooo pleased with myself!
