Dictionary Challenge...

...and it's the letter T. I have chosen T for tulip. Tulip wasn't my first choice for T. I had decided on thistle and it has now been finally confirmed, once and for all that I cannot draw! Hubby said 'is it an artichoke'? Hmph! I thought maybe it would look better coloured in and with lots of doodles round it - no!

So here we are with a good old Penny Black stamp which has been watercoloured. Not arty at all, but more my style (or at least the style I can pull off on a good day).

  8. We should know better than to ask hubbys advice - they never get it right tactfully - do they? Lovely spring time feel to your tulip page - I like it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog about your adventures with a rosette and a clothespeg. It made me laugh and cheered up a rather gloomy day - thank you!!
