February Calendar


January has passed in a flurry of white and it's nearly February, the month of love and romance.

Here's what I did for February's page. The first layer is just plain old white card inked up at the edges with rosebud pink. The next two layers are papers from the Pretty Please set by My Minds Eye. The diecut flowers are from the same range and I have finished off the bigger flower with a metal button.

The gorgeous little characters are Sam and Suzie from the Digistamp Boutique I coloured them with Copics and inked the edges with bisque. I finished by adding three tiny polka dot buttons and a heart shaped rhinestone at the big day. Job done.

    I just spotted your Decopatch Bear. It's really good. You have got me hooked. I just have to try this out. I have a couple of old wooden photo frames I was going to chuck out but not anymore. Thanks for the inspiration.
