Hello. I have a very quick and easy card to share! The stamps are from the 'Boob Tubes' (what a fab name!) set by Paper Smooches. Really easy to colour with your pens and a quick trim around. The paper is by Simple Stories. It's a 6x6 paper pad called 'I heart summer'. Every sheet is bold and bright - love it!

So here we are it's nearly May and it was snowing again yesterday. When, oh when is summer going to arrive?

Hello. Long time no see! I'm afraid this little blog and indeed making cards is taking a bit of a back seat the moment. Life, and the stuff it throws at you, is well and truly getting in the way. Hopefully it'll not be too long before I'm in full swing again!

This little quirky card has been made using Jofy stamps by Paperartsy and I coloured using Prismacolour pencils.

I'll be back at some point over the weekend with another giveaway and I've just looked out the window - it's snowing!!

sunshine and happy days

Hello. Sunshine? Not so much! Happy Days? Yes! I won last week's Unity Challenge with this card. A prize bundle of Unity stamps is on it's way to me as I write. In the meantime I have had another play with my March Unity stamp kit. I love these stylised flowers. I coloured with Copics and the background has been cut using My Favourite Things Blueprints 27 dies.

And, as if I don't have enough hobbies, I have started Geocaching. I found my first cache this morning and can't wait to do more. It will get us out and about exploring different places with the pooch! Does anyone cache?

hello little birdies

Hello. The rain has not stopped here all day so I have made a bright summery card to cheer things up a bit! The stamps are 'Tweet on You' by My Favourite things and the die cut frame is by Mama Elephant. I coloured the stamp using Copic marker pens.

It seems my Snoopy card brought back a lot of memories. For me too - the family dog when I was little was called Snoopy!

Hello. This is another one of my older stamps. This one is called 'Snoopy's Chopper' by Stampabilities. Don't know if they are still around! The 18 has been diecut using the Mama Elephant number dies and the sentiment is 'Simple Sayings' by Stamp Anonymous.
