Button 'E'

Something a little bit different today. I have decided I need to actually do something with all the stuff I have bought in the past for projects that have never happened! I have a felt bag waiting to be stitched up, I have a clear plastic paint pot waiting to be decorated, I have numerous plain storage boxes that need covered or painted and decorated, I have mini albums, scrapbook albums, a smash book, an art journal book - you get the picture! So, I figure if I do maybe one a month everything will eventually get done! Wish me luck.

Anyway, this big E has been in the cupboard for at least three years. I swear I heard it sigh with happiness when I reached in and told it it's time had come! A coat of paint and covered in buttons, job done. Oh, and don't worry that I have used up all my pink buttons. I can assure you there are plenty left!

I  am entering Cupcake Craft.....anything but a card

  4. Love buttons so love this. I can't stop making things from things I have collected over the years. Also making things from items such as kitchen roll holders. Take a look at my recycled photo holder.

  9. Delightful idea.I have altered a letter B for a friend but never thought to use buttons on it. I'm busy sorting through my stash as we speak and I'm even more depressed now seeing how much there is way to be started/made.
