on your birthday

Brrr, it's turned really very cold here, but I'm not complaining. I'd rather have blue skies than the recent wind and rain!

So, today I have a stepper card to share, quite like how it turned out. The image is TeddyBea077 and I coloured with prisma pencils. The papers are Echo Park.

I am entering this weeks Simon Says Stamp challenge...spots or stripes or both.
