The weather could not be more miserable here if it tried! A very cold wind and driving rain, oh and throw in some hail for good measure. Hope it's better where you are. Anyway, Teddy Bea looks like she is enjoying the rain! I used Teddy Bea 169 coloured with copics/promarkers and the papers are Echo Park. A daisy embossing folder, ribbon and some machine stitching to finish.
