a dream is a wish

Well I'm back from spending a week in the middle of the North Pennines during what turned out to be the wettest week of the year!

It's just as well the cottage is like a home from home! I take some stamps and do some colouring but there is no internet connection whatsoever so I am looking forward to catching up with you all and your crafty makes. Oh, and a big wave hello to my new followers. I'm always chuffed to bits when I see the numbers grow.

So to get me back in the swing of things, and before I launch myself into my next magazine commission, I thought I would do a card for this weeks Less is More challenge 'use ink'.

I have used four inks. Two distress inks, tattered rose and bundled sage, for the script background spritzed with a little water. The dandelion clock was stamped with rich cocoa Memento ink and the little spindly things were onyx black Versafine.

The sentiment was also stamped with rich cocoa but stamped first on a piece of scrap. The script stamp is by Kaisercraft and all others are Marion Emberson Designs.
