thinking of you

Good Morning Penny Black fans!

Saturday has rolled round again so time for another challenge using your Penny Black stamps or stickeroos. This weeks challenge is....

Say it with Flowers

Nice and easy this week. But for lots of inspiration on how to 'say it with flowers' visit the Penny Black Saturday Challenge. Whilst there you will also find out who is the winner of last weeks prize. On the subject of prizes, this week we have a $20 voucher up for grabs from one of our regular sponsors 1-2-3 Stitch.

My card is fairly plain and simple this week. I watercoloured the little mouse from the transparent set 'eat cake'. I embossed the background and punched the bottom border a la Martha Stewart. Ribbon, twine and a button to finish off.

    Oh Liz, this is just super. I love mainly white cards but they never turn out like they look in my head! Your image really pops with the embossing behind it. Very Inspiring. xxx

    I'm always a step behind. I used to do nothing but the clean and simple look. Now that I am finally brave enough to try those bold papers it seems every one else is doing the clean and simple. Anyway... love this card. It's perfect and those flowers just pop.
