Hello. This little card was really quick and easy. No colouring and no fussy cutting. I stamped using various colours of Versamagic chalk ink Dew Drops and I have the dies that match the stamps! The stamps are 'stuck on you' by Lawn Fawn and the patterned paper is from a 6x6 pad by Jillibean Soup called 'saffron yellow pepper soup' (don't you just love the names of some of these pads).

sending you smiles
Hello. I'm back from my holiday. We spent some chill time, just me hubby and the lazy greyhound, at a gorgeous little cottage in Perthshire. I took loads of pics for the next few pages in my Simple Stories album. I'll do a little video to share soon!
My card features a stamp from a Penny Black set 'happy times' and I coloured with my ZIG pens. The patterned paper is from a 6x6 pad 'nine & co' by Teresa Collins. The die is 'tree of life' by Tutti Designs.
I am entering my card into the challenge at Penny Black & More - photo/colour inspiration.

so thoughtful
Hello. It was monsoon weather here yesterday so I had a whole afternoon in the crafty room. Finished off two magazine commissions and had a bit of a play 'for me'.This stamp is pretty old. It's an original TeddyBo. Most TeddyBo's are digi images but there were some stamps (and I think some more are on the way). I coloured with my ZIG real brush pens, the sentiment is from a Hampton Art set and the die is 'butterfly oval' by Tutti Designs. I added a little bit of stickles to her wings and a few sequins for a tiny bit of shine!
I am entering two challenges -
Cute Card Thursday - dies and punches
In The Pink - razzle dazzle

i've joined craftaholics anonymous!
Hello. Sometimes cards are like buses. You wait for ages and then three come along at once! But let me explain why I'm sharing three cards that are all quite similar. The other month I was at a Clarity workshop and one of the ladies there told me about a craft meet-up she goes to every month. Well, why didn't I know about this before now? The hall that it's held in is only ten minutes drive away and they have been going strong for a number of years! So, I packed some limited supplies and off I went on Saturday afternoon to join Craftaholics Anonymous!
A great group of ladies made me really welcome and I made some new crafty friends. You can either join in the demos (you put your name down in advance - I hadn't, but will know for next time) or do your own thing. As you may have guessed I took along my new obsession - Zig Clear Colour Pens, some stamps and a few diecut backgrounds.
Quite a productive afternoon even tho' there was copious amounts of chatting, tea and biscuits! The stamps I used from top down - Doodle Bugs by Wplus9, Man's Best Friend by Penny Black and Chatty Squidgy by Stamping Bella.
I am entering the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday - anything goes.

Spring Card Swap
Hello. Every few months Nat organises a card swap over on her Facebook page. This is the card I sent to my partner this time, Sue. The stamp is 'wooly dames' by Penny Black and I coloured using my ZIG pens. The papers are from a 6x6 pad by Simple Stories called 'I Heart Summer'. The sun and clouds were cut using a Lawn Fawn die set.
If you fancy swapping a card every few months with a fellow cardmaker then you can join the group here.

hello friend
Hello. Brrrr! Someone tell the weather that we're nearly in May and it really shouldn't be so cold! Anyway, these two little guys look happy enough exchanging gifts and letters. I wonder what a hedgehog would write in a letter to a mouse? Answers on a postcard please!!
The stamp is 'best friends' by Penny Black and I coloured using my ZIG pens. The frame has been die cut using paper from the 'go now go' 6x6 pad by Shimelle.

trust your journey
Hello. I've had a play with another of my new Stamping Bella stamps. This one is called 'The Squidgy on a Journey'. She certainly looks like she is going places! I coloured using my ZIG pens and please don't ask what make the paper is as it was a random piece of 12x12 that I've had for yonks!
I am entering the challenge at Creative Inspirations - one for the girls.

birthday wishes
Hello. I hope everyone had a lovely Easter. I did the usual - far, far too much chocolate!
So I treated myself to three new Stamping Bella stamps from the new release, as you do! This one is Daisy Squidgy. I coloured the image, sentiment and diecut daisies with my ZIG pens.
I like doing that - it means everything matches perfectly colourwise.

April Sweet Treat Box from paper, pen and plan (the bunny one)
Hello. I'm back again with my monthly planner post. The theme of the April Sweet Treat Box from Paper, Pen and Plan is Easter! Super cute bunnies are hopping all over my planner pages! I used the grid printable to make a monthly calendar, I'm pretty chuffed with it!
This month the box also included a daisy stamp.
I stamped the daisy on some of the corners and coloured with pencils.
If you want to see
the contents of the entire April box I did a quick three minute
unboxing video which you
can see here.
As well as everything in the box subscribers get access to planner
printables.
You will get a secret code in your box!
And here is a hint at the theme of the May box - can't wait! So, if
you want to know more about how the boxes work, order a one off box or
subscribe to a monthly box simply click here.
The girls at Paper, Pen and Plan also sell loads of cute planner bits
and bobs (in fact I know a batch of gorgeous washi tape has just been
added) over in the Etsy store here.

hello stampurr
Hello. I'm back with another make using my Waffle Flower set 'hello stampurr'. I think my crafty online friend Debra will quite like this card. It ticks all the boxes - cat, books and coffee!
It's a glorious spring day here and we're just back from a long walk around Kelvingrove park with the hound. Took some pics that will end up in my Simple Stories binder. I'm determined to keep it up to date!

a good day
Hello. I was desperate to get my crafty fingers on these new Waffle Flower stamps when they were released a couple of weeks ago. And now I have finally had time to break them open and have a play. I opened the 'happy day' set first and came up with this clean and simple card. I coloured all the images using ZIG real brush markers.
I am entering the challenge over on Creative Inspirations - anything goes.
