Stamptacular Sunday 'One for the Boys'

I have had this Riley Moose stamp for a while and just could not think what to do with him. I had been trying to think up a sentiment........something like 'Moosing You' or something to do with 'Moose Mallows' but nothing seemed to work. Then came along this challenge ......'One for the Boys' and I think it fits.........with a sentiment nowhere to be seen!

Blooming Gorgeous at Penny Black

The challenge on PBS this week is 'Blooming Gorgeous'. This, I think, fits perfectly. Don't you think?

Stamp Something Old/Something New

Something old, something new, something borrowed and something .........pink and green and cream and white. Don't really have anything weddingy so this sweet little couple will have to do!

They are by Sugar Nellie and coloured by me with Copics.

My Rainbow for Colour Create

This challenge caught my eye this week 'cos I thought it would be lovely and cheerful to do, but trying to get in all those colours had me tearing my hair out! I now have an abundance of multi coloured circles, squares etc etc. to use up for future cards. Anyways this is what I finally came up with and I have to say I am rather pleased with it.

Cute Card Thursday

The challenge on CCT this week is Nip and a Punch - get your punches/die cuts out. Well I have used 3 oval nesties and my retro flower punch so I think I have that covered. The stamp is by Forever Friends and I have used Copic to colour.

The Next Level

If you have not already had a nosey at this great new blog, go now. You will not be disappointed it is so much more that a challenge blog. This week there is a great tutorial on this ribbon technique (I have changed it a bit and now maybe think the tutorial way is better, anyhoo it's done now).

There is loads to read and links to some great freebies.

This is a downloaded image from Cuddly Buddly coloured with Copics. I embossed using the CB Swirls and added a charm.

ABC and Copic Colour

So over at the ABC challenge it is Q already and they have chosen Q for Quilted. On Copic Colour the colours are

I have coloured my Cuddly Buddly image with the colours I have that are closest to these and tried to make it look 'quilted' with my faux stitching. Finished off with prima flowers, buttons and ribbon.

Childs Play at Creative Card Crew

Here is my card for this weeks challenge over on Creative Card Crew. The stamped image is from Sugar Nellie and I have coloured her with Copic pens. The background paper is a little bit of scrap I'm using up and so don't know the make. The number and little embellies are from Tesco.

Sketch and Stash with Charisma

I know, I know, I had 2 whole weeks to do this great sketch on Sketch and Stash but as usual I'm at the last minute and just getting this one in under the wire!

The new stash I used are these yummy papers 'Glitter Sweet Matstock' by DCWV. I have used one of my sweetest stamps by Sugar Nellie and coloured her with Copic pens.
This also fits the 'Pink and Brown' challenge on Charisma this week. I love pink and brown together so good choice ladies.

Sketch Saturday & One Stop Craft

A one for two this time. On Sketch Saturday there is the usual great sketch to follow and on One Stop the theme is 'Let's Hear it for the Boys'.

So meet Hamish, a handsome little fella ('tho not as handsome as my mate bumbles......thanks for the lovely comments). He has been coloured with Copics, I have Swiss dotted the background card and finished off with brads (nightmare to try to get straight) and string.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

So here is the fabbydoo sketch by Domi..........

I flipped it on it's side and came up with this............

The image has been coloured with inktense water colour pencils and the paper is by Basic Grey. The prima flowers have been finished off with little zoomz.

Only had time for one tonight as I was doing a little gardening at my Mums and then just had to put everything down to watch Sir Alan! Hope to be more productive tomorrow night as I have the place to myself so watch those buttons fly!

Kitty for Stamp Something

Emily has designed this great sketch to follow and I loved it as it was nice and quick 'cos I didn't have much 'me time' tonight. Hospital visits and dropping DH off at the airport. Then, due to being a bit new fangled with this new PC (although he certainly is a handsome chap) everything is just taking longer - vista - tabs? What's that all about? Anyhoo got there in the end and here is my card and the sketch it follows.

I stamped the little kitty (sorry, don't remember where this stamp came from) using versafine and embossed with clear powder, then coloured him with copics. The papers are from Basic Grey and the rectangles have been cut with my nesties.

I was fully intending to start doing the insides of my cards but I'm just too darned tired tonight.......never mind, there's always tomorrow!
