Wake Your Dreams

The other month I was lucky to win two stamp sets over at The Artistic Stamper Challenge. I chose Tick Tock Butterflies and Tick Tock Flowers. And I have made another canvas using them. It has been a work in progress for about two or three weeks! Taking bits off, adding bits on, repainting/inking over the bits I didn't like. Anyway, pleased with it now - I must be - it's on the crafty room wall!

We are just back from a few days away in the Dumfries and Galloway area. On the outskirsts of a little town called Thornhill, about 20 minutes from Dumfries. The hotel welcomed dogs so we took Boyd on his first holiday! He quickly became a local celebrity charming all the locals and scrounging sausages when we popped out for afternoon coffee!

I have loads of catching up to do so I will be round the blogs later to see what you have all been up to.

Hi Liz! It sounds like you had a lovely holiday! Welcome home! I just love your canvas! It's stunning! The pretty purple really pops against the green! I love how your blended and inked the actual canvas! It's gorgeous.
I just played with some distress inks and paints for the first time on Sunday! It was messy but fun! ;-)
